The customer is then charged on his credit card for the actual usage amount under or up to $75. This method can be used all over the world, except in Malaysia.
Asian Credit Cards
A web content provider can charge a monthly access or membership fee of $20 or $25 using a credit card. This option is used mainly in South Korea and surrounding areas.
