Account Management This section enables customers to access CDRs, and administrators access to CDR and ANI records in real-time. CDR records are updated every ten minutes and ANI records are updated every 45 seconds. To access your account information, click on the "Member Login" icon and enter your member identification and password. The account management section allows you to access daily CDRs, view traffic patterns and generate various reports including daily, weekly, monthly, blocked ANIs and permanently blocked ANIs. Customers also gain the added benefit of accessing historical information that can manipulated by month, day and customer.
